What does this mean (last entry below)?  I have never been late when I had this car loan.  I traded the vehicle in to purchase another one.  Does this statement impact my credit in a negative way?  When will this whole account not show up on my cr anymore?

There's no negative impact with that comment. So as long as there are no lates, you have a good TL. Assuming you paid it off in 11/2001, it should naturally fall off your CR on 11/2011.
