Who offers loans for less than $7500 or more than 70000 miles?

I want to puchase another car, but I don't want to spend too much.  Every bank/auto loan place I go to will NOT finance a car that costs less than $7500 or that has more than 70,000 miles on it.

Does anybody know what online auto financing company's would finance a cheap car with a few miles on it? I have excellent credit and I want a competitive interest rate.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I believe your best bet would be to go to a local CU.  A lot of the bigger banks will not want to do it
