about chase Auto loan and private seller

I was approved for both capital one and chase auto loan for $25k. I know the drill with cap one since i had a loan from them once. My question is can i use the chase auto loan to buy the car from a private seller? I know BOA and US bank allow but there is not much info about chase auto loan on their website.

I have no experience with them so cant help there.

Only suggestion is to call them during normal business hours and ask them.
