can someone retired co-sign me?

wanted to refinance with a co-borrower.
is someone who's retired but gets social security monthly, with a high credit score serve as a beneficial co-borrower?

I had a co-signer who is retired with great credit.  Received a 4.25% interest rate.  We had no problems with him being retired.  Good luck!!!

Sure....lenders cannot discriminate based on age so you can definitely have someone retired co-sign for you.
