chances of getting a car loan a month after chapter 13 discharge

I was wanting to know what my chances of getting a car loan are after a chapter 13 discharge. my fico and equifax scores are 647. I had a house, car , and some credit cards in my bankruptcy. I kept my motorcycle so i'm guessing thats what kept my score from dropping so much

If you couldn't afford it last month, why can you afford it now? That is how the bank will view the transacton.
