ford credit company - report a negative balance due after 5 year ago

Can ford motor credit report negative information after 5 years ago with a balance due on a terminated leasse??

 

will the cra accect that report??

Returned leased vehicle

perfect payment history

0 balance owed on report

reports as current??

 

now letter saying balance owed??  can they report negative information on me and what is my recourse???

which side of fmc credit? Cab East had a handfull of issues about a year ago from what the pricipal at the dealership i was working at at the time told me, caused both of my lease accounts as well as my credit line with rotunda(ford technician tools) to all report past due for longer than the accounts were actually open. They did take care of it rather quickly, but worth looking into.
