my eq is 693 should i refi?

We were going to buy a home, now my husband has been laid off and we may be moving 2200 miles for a new job. Fun. However our car interest is insane. Its like 15-20 percent. For some reasom I cant remember.

anyways  

is now the time to refi? how badly will it effect our chances or getting a house so in a few months? TIA

A simple inquiry and refinance will not hurt your chances on the new home. It will just save you a few bucks

Same boat here - current loan at 14%, 7k left of 11k.

EQ is at 697 - could get to 700 any day now!!! Who pulls EQ for a refi?

This would be very nice to accomplish!
