New credit generally will cause a score to drop a few points but this quickly recovers. If the overall and individual utilization on your credit cards is the same as last month then the car loan should be the only difference. If the utilization has gone down since last month that should help you so your scores might come out unchanged. You'll just have to wait and see.

You can do the same thing with hard work
