will i be approved for auto loan?

I am hoping to purchase a car soon and have found one for a little under $14,000. You guys think I would be approved for an auto loan, putting $5-6k as down payment? I make about $15k a year and I am a 20 yr old college student. What do you guys think? Thanks for the input!

I financed my first car at 21 for around $14000 with a 9.99% APR, 0 down and scores in the 550-600 range making around $25000y/r. Unless they find that you don't make enough for a $14000 loan, it should be about the same.

But then again. You are really only financing 8-9k so it should be a breeze.
