GF ran into health issues in 2011 which drained her savings and ran up credit cards and now her car is dying.
To even hazard a guess would require at least some idea of your GF's other financial stats. For example, what are her current credit scores, how is her credit history, any previous auto loans, length of employment, income, etc.
Best bet is to call or walk into NFCU and ask them the question directly. May cost an inquiry on the credit report, but then she will either know if she can get approved or what corrective steps are necessary to get there. NFCU reps are the best. Not only do they not bite, but if you treat them nice they purr like kittens.
lol - great! Next time I walk in to talk to a Navy rep, I am going to think soft, furry kitten.
They are pretty great! And then there are some who are exceptional!
