341 Meeting Tomorrow

I have been lurking on these boards for a while.  I have my 341 meeting tomorrow.  What shoud I expect?

As many will chime in and tell you, expect to be in front of the trustee person for around 3 minutes.

You will be asked to affirm name, some basic information about what's on the petition. If you filed with an attorney, they will usually advise you on the specifics based on your case.

Since mine was a no-asset case, it literally took longer for the woman to press "record" on her ancient tape machine than it did for me to answer her questions.

Honesty is key.

My last name starts with an A so I was first up and done in 2-3 minutes. Take a deep breath and know that the meeting is nothing to be worried about. Remember to bring everything your lawyer tells you to bring.
