341 Today.... So Nervous....

My 341 is today I never expected the day to  get here so fast.... I am so nervous i dont know what to do with myself..... hope i do not babble when being asked questions if any......

It felt like my 341 came up quick too, and I was soooo nervous becaue I didnt know what to expect.

However once I walked in my attorney reassured me that I had nothing to worry about.

I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I simply had to verify some personal information, and answer a few questions about information that was already provided on the filing papers, and that was it.

No creditors showed up, I didnt reaffirm anything so I didnt have to worry about that. Just had to wait for my discharge.

Update!!!

Went easy as everyone says it is. A few yes and no's and then it was over I think I spoke to trustee maybe 3 minutes if that before it was over. Excited for this new start

My 341 is tomorrow I wasn't nernous until now. Now I am wreck I am reaffirming my car. I'm hoping I am in and out quick.

Dont be nervous. I was. I reaffirmed my truck. My attorney knew the trustee. The guy was funny as heck. The people before me while I waited my turn. Their attorny screwed up the income part and he jumped on the lawyer for messing up the income. Told him he's getting too old and to start buying velcro sneakers. I laughed and then was told to be quiet. Oh snap! Once I hit the table. He said finally a easy case. 4-5 questions, 3-4 mins. later I was gone. Nothing to it. You'll be fine.

What questions do they ask? Is it more so along the lines of verifying information they already have?

Yes, people fear this meeting way too much, it really is usually quick and easy. I actually wonder if it is called a 341 meeting because that is the average number of seconds most people have to spend answering questions...341 seconds.
