Well Wensday is the big day!
I filed officially 11/7/14..and the letter I got from the trustee sais 2/27/15 is last day for creditors to object but my 341 meeting is Wensday.
I'm turning in my bike and truck. Question for those who have surrenderd property. Are most banks pretty reasonable about you letting them bring the vehicles to them. I would wrather drop my stuff off at the bank then have a wrecker come to the house and get.
Though my lawyer said they probrably won't have the stay lifted on my truck and I'll be able to keep it until discharge..give me another month or two to save some pennies for a new ride.
