Me and my husband had our 341 meeting Feb 2. One of the forms were incorrect and we were told us trustee would be in touch. We've yet to hear from the US trustee office.
Get in touch with your attorney and check to see if anything has been filed on PACER
Correct. You are paying your attorney for service. Make sure you get with them and keep in touch to make sure it is progressing properly. Good luck.
