341 meeting

Can somebody help me. I'm having 341 meeting for my chap 7 on aug. 5 and I think im having a melt down right now because I don't know what to do.

Many of us have been right where you are.   I was a ball of nerves and wasn't sure what to expect.  I took the advice of my attorney and keep my answers short and to the point.  I walked out of my 341 feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders.  My best advice is take a deep breath, you will be fine.  Good luck!

I agree with armymom....I was nervous as well however it wasnt too bad. simple yes and no questions. My lawyer helped prep me but I was still a little nervous but when it was over with I thought "hmmmm that wasnt bad at all"

Will probably be one of the shortest meetings you'll ever have Take a deeeeeep breath and relax. If you were honest through the BK process you have nothing to worry about.
