Account History in Credit Report Date and BK...

I filed my BK on 05/29/09 and it was discharged 09/13/09

All the creditors that were included are showing the following under Account History:

Account History:
Debt included in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on Sept 13, 2009

They are using the dicharge date as the date included in my BK.

I am assuming this date should be the file date 05/29/09 as this was the date my lawyer and I filed in court to include those debts

Is this correct?

My lawer does not know.

Other posts in this forum have indicated that it's Discharge Date for a Ch7 and Filing Date for a Ch13. I'm not a lawyer, so I'm *not* sure. You might try checking on this forum: http://mcleodlawoffices.com/blog-archives/#categories <-- he might have a post about that? And he *is* a lawyer...

What is the date reported on these accounts ? In what field is this showing in Debt included in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on Sept 13, 2009?
