Alternative to NFCU?

We were just discharged and after reading so many good things about NFCU and knowing we are not eligible wondered if there are any other good national credit unions that are good and bk friendly.

Seems the National's are not so much before 2 years or more.

Alliant - wants 3 years

DCU - wants 2 years

You get better traction with the locals - I have seen alot of folks get unsecured credit as soon as 3 months post discharge with their locals when they can't get into NFCU.  Most nationals and locals though will approve you for secured right away depending on scores (car loans, secured loans) but NFCU takes the cake for unsecured credit right out of BK.

Filed BK 7: 2/28/2012 | Discharged: 7/24/2012
POST BK APPROVALS:
NFCU nRewards Secured Visa: $1000 7/12| Apple FCU Secured Visa: $1000 9/12
Toyota Finance Lease: 0% | 0.0008 MF 10/12
Barclay Apple Finance Visa: $2200 1/13
NFCU cashRewards Visa: $2500 3/13
