Another question abt BK

We plan to file BK within the next 60-90 days however I have a pending personal injury case in NJ. And don't believe anything has been filed as of yet. How does or will this impact my filing. I have recently learned NJ is a NO FAULT state . Will it slow things down in getting resolved or being that nothing has been filed. TIA!

I have rcvd advice from my lawyer since this posting. I was just asking to see if others that may have been in a similar situation. Not looking for formal legal advice on bk forum
