Applying for Credit after Ch. 13

I saw on Pacer that the judge ordered the discharge of my ch 13.  CAn I apply for a credit card now or should I wait until the case is closed in the next couple/few weeks?

I recommend that you wait until you receive the discharge document in the mail. Having that document in your hand is your proof of discharge.
