We are awaiting discharge frm Chapter 7. We did not reaffirm anything. In our credit report, one of our unsecured loans still shows "open" and "late". We have not continued paying this loan. Our auto loans also still show open (we have been paying them). Should the unsecured loan still show up as open and late? Our other ones show closed. Thanks!
