BK Chapter 7 DOFD ?

Hey MyFico Crew,

Well it's been since 2004 that my BK's been Discharged and I'm rebuilding, in the mean time I've noticed something's on my report and would like clarification on the following::

I have two accounts 'derogatory' which are included in the BK but why they were on my CR in the first place is beyond me, I mean they've been closed for years even before the BK with DOFD at like 99' and the other I think is 00' at the latest!  So my question is even though they are included in the BK shouldn't they be off the reports by now? or have they been re-aged to fall off 7 years after the BK was discharged since they've been included?

I know that getting rid of them will cause my AAOA to be changed but they are both 'derogatory' accounts anyway, one an auto, and another an installment fiasco!

They are absolutely not re-aged and must fall off 7 years plus 180 days from DOFD.  Since the BK stays for 10, all the IIB lines fall off two and a half years before the BK does.

I had Amex resuscitate an ancient (1990s) CO when I filed, and it showed on my CR.  I disputed as past reportable age with the CRAs and it immediately vanished.
