BK Reporting

My DH filed BK. We didn't include an auto loan in the bankruptcy. It has since been paid in full, however, it is showing as part of a BK on my report, but not even showing as an account on his???? I disputed and the lender said we don't get to "pick and choose" what is included in the BK. Is this true? Is this hurting my score, or what lenders see?

Re: BK Reporting

if the debt was not reaffirmed then it is reporting correctly.  However, you can dispute your reporting as "not your BK" since you didn't file.
