Hmmm . . .what do you believe is wrong with this?
I had a different situation - a medical bill that I didn't know about when I filed BK show up a few months after d/c. It thankfully wasn't on my credit and I sent the provider a letter and a copy of my discharge and never heard from them again.
Look into HIPAA dispute method
