My ch7 discharged in April 2014.
Aug- secured card, merrick, $200 (wish I'd done research & picked one that would graduate..Oh well)
Sept-quicksilver one $500. Just got cli to $1500 today. I burned them in my bk and was surprised they have been so forgiving. I even missed a payment on this card a few months after opening (I've since setup auto pay) and they reversed the fee and didn't report it.
October - was denied care credit
January - denied care credit again, approved for genesis through my dentist for $300
April - barclay rewards $1300
May - capital one platinum $2000
My scores are currently 633/635/655.
5/17/15 update included DCU info

Thanks Cobra! Glad I could help
Scupra, might want to add that for people in the Chicago-area that BCU will grant a secured credit card after bankruptcy. If you make on time payments and add money to the account, after about a year you can open an unsecured line. I recently got a $1000 line 13 months after filing (vs discharge date.)
My experiance
filed bk 7. With DH in August 2014
was discharged December 2014
first credit apps were to capital one I was approved for the quicksilver as well as the platinum cards both with low credit limits of $300 both unsecured.
i applied for Barclays at the same time denied.
so I waited and used my cap1 cards religiously for 5 months paid on time every month and paid the cards in full every month. Sometimes charging the cards to almost max a couple of times a month and paying them off within a few days.
this past weekend I paid my balance off on both cards which was around $290 and $295
sunday once the payment credited to my account I applied for a credit limit increase. I received an increase on both cards for $500 each. Now I have an $800 on each card.
monday I received $500 approval from finger hut.
Today I had an app spree to try and improve my profil since I'm sitting at 6 months post bk.
i was approved for $1500 credit for Jarred's
700 Walmart store which I will use frequently for groceries and gas and pay off monthly
1400 Amazon store card
400 lowes card
i got declined for Barclays I called recon and they said it was because my capital 1 card payment had not updated on my credit for this month so they are showing 97% utilization. I will apply to them around December if I want their card at that time.
best buy I was denied
tiresplus denied due to bk
paypal credit denied.
i will now be gardening my new cards until the end of the year and see where I stand with my credit score then. All three scores are low 600's

Will they approve a secured card directly out of BK? Thanks!
Yes, they will. My BK was discharged in July, and then that same month, I applied for BCU account and secured card. I was approved for an account and secured card. It was at the end if July I applied and I actually got the card on August 2nd in the mail. Note, they won't provide unsecured cards until you show rebuild.

Were you able to get a time period after BK and rebuild they prefer for unsecured? Thanks!
They said you usually graduate to a full, unsecured card in about 6 months.
{Mod cut. I'm sorry but that link leads to other sites that are not allowed to be posted here.
