Re: Bankruptcy Friendly Credit Cards Pt.2

help! I received my Discover card in the mail 4 days ago. I made my account that night, logged in and looked through the card designs, then went to update my phone number in the settings, and when i tried to go back to finish looking at the card designs I got the same error message: "sorry. We're unable to complete your request at this time due to a recent change to your account". I've called customer serivce almost everyday and I keep getting a different reason as to what's wrong. They're all just guessing and no one knows how to fix it!

Did you manage to get it fixed when it happened to you? Do you know what the issue was or how it was resolved?

thanks

Is it because I just got the card and need to wait a few days or what?

I have a feeling it is because your account is so new. Give it a billing cycle or two and see what happens.

Re: Bankruptcy Friendly Credit Cards Pt.2

Absolutely nothing wrong with buying a 10k engagement ring if u can afford it. The difference is that I got my wife the same thru Blue Nile and paid it off in 12 months with zero interest. In addition I got a nice discount for using the card in the first place. Nothing wrong with credit if u use it wisely.

if that was in response to me, I was just wondering why they accepted $10k at 33% interest for a ring and not try other means for lower interest.

Re: Bankruptcy Friendly Credit Cards Pt.2

Their goal is to make as much interest off u as they can! Not to save you money. 33% is very bad below sub Prime! Lol. Makes Credit one look good
