Hello everyone i am new to the forums and have a question to ask i filed for BK in 2005 and discharged 8/05 so a total of 9 yrs should i allow it to run it course or dispute to have it removed early? thanks all

I think you'd have a better chance of early removal in 2015... May be a bit early to try this year.
