Not sure how, but I was approved by Barclay while still in Ch13. Got the Rewards MC with $1800 CL

Opened in 8/14...I've never had an increase on my limit though. Maybe after discharge. Currently has a zero balance.

I got a Barclay rewards card 1 year post discharge. I had a capital one secured card for a whole year prior to getting the Barclay card. Instant approval for 1500. Secured card was only 451 limit at the time. Good luck!
