Let me fill ya'll in on the history of this problem:
Got in an at-fault car accident involving 2 other vehicles in Jan 07
Filed ch7 in June 07, discharged in October 07
I just received a call from the claims adjuster and appearently the passengers of one of the vehicles is threatening to file suit against me for her injuries. I did not include her in the bankruptcy because my claims adjuster told me she is going to settle.
Does the bankruptcy still protect me in this situation? If I mailed a copy of my discharge, does it alleviate any liabilities I have?
Oh, and it was not a DUI situation
