Best time to apply for Capital One and other questions

I looked thru my credit reports last night and everything looks ok except some missing cards that was included in the chapter 7. Also, my car loan is missing even though I reaffirmed it. Chapter 7 is showing as discharged. Accounts are showing as pending chapter 7. I will check again in a few days. I went ahead and applied to Capital One and was approved for the Quicksilver One for 1k

Everything is zero'd out on my reports. My car loan has fell off completely but I hope it will show back up since I reaffirmed it. That's 3 years of perfect payment history. I will check my reports again in a few weeks to make sure everything is ok. Should each account be listed as IIB instead of petition for chapter 7? The discharge is showing from the bk court. I also applied for Cap One QS1 card and was approved for 1k which I am very happy about.

Thats great on the approval! Thats exactly what I got 4 yrs ago, first card right out of the gate. Congrats!
