Bk 7 filed, citi card IIB not on credit report

Ran a credit report and my citi card is no where to be found. Is this something to just ignore?

Citi appears to be one that just drops off...

 

I had a personal loan with them that was IIB, and then when I filed, it was deleted from my report, never to be seen again.
