I am not an attorney, nor will I venture into a Legal Territory.
Put that Monkey on the Back of the Lawyer you have been paying. Follow his legal advice, but certainly not comments you prefer to hear.
Take care!
I would personally wait until you have your discharge papers in hand.
I was discharged from Ch 13 on 1/27/16 and on 3/25/16 I got zero % financing with Toyota. I was so surprised that my credit was that good after 65 months of Ch 13.
I have a new car and am happy!
My scores were EQ 727, Trans 745 , Exp 703, I was shocked.
