I'm so irritated. I included Verizon in BK filed 4/10 and discharged 7/14/10.
So, just yesterday I get an alert....and they have added this to my Credit Report.!!!
There was NOTHING from Verizon on my report before and i am STILL a customer. They took my account and added to BK gave me a new account number and included old balance to my BK7 2 days after i filed.
Now I get this...YES, it does state included in BK. I just think it's horrible they would even report it in the first place when it was already handled months ago.
Any suggestions??
