yup it's little ole me again.
I just viewed my CRs on CK and I am noticing something that I've seen before but never paid much attention to:
THE CONTACT INFORMATION
Is it worth a try to call the creditors and ask them kindly to delete the accounts from my credit report?
Everything is reporting $0 balance and IIB however I have 2 voluntary repo's on my credit already so my history doesnt look too great.
Is there anything saying you cant try? Will creditors sometimes delete the account for you?
Does anyone have any experience in this?
*chirp chirp*
somebody? anybody?
Sending a goodwill to request a deletion can't hurt I don't know if a phone call is the best route though.

I will have to do research on what that is and how it should be formulated. thanks for the reply!

While sending a good will letter is an option, when you declared bk it prevents the creditor from obtaining a deficit judgement against you. You can try it, but I would be inclined to believe they will not want to do you any favors. It can do no harm to try though. If there was no defecit or you paid it...maybe!
