When I filed bk in Jan 03, I included them. My balance was 10,738. The court allowed them 5445. They're showing up on my cr twice, with one digit difference in the account #. Both say IIB with the high balances matching the above. I have an old cr where the acct# are the same. Also, the account with the allowance is reported as open 4/03 and isn't scheduled to be removed until 1/13. I filed Chap13 so it's only 7 yrs not 10. This was the only installment loan on my bk but none of my other creditors did this. Does that make a difference?
