Capital one after BK

I burned discover, Barclays, Chase, citi, Amex, capital one, Ge/synchrony in my Bk. I'm not sure if any one them would let me back in soon. Does anyone know who can let me in after burning them ??

It does appear you're blacklisted , it seems you have to wait one year from when you account was charged off , in my case my accounts CO'd 12/2014 and 12/15 I was able to get back in , my discharge was 12/4/15 . Keep checking the the prequal site if they show something there you should be good to go .

Kobe2012 have you heard anything from Capital One after your recon? I just tried their pre qual site and was shown Congratulation you pre qualify for the platinum but when I applied it denied me. Said they didn't check my credit and I'd get an email as to why. Ugh I want back in so bad.

They still denied my recon. Without credit pull, It's ok, I'll rebuild with my credit one card with $300 limit for now. I'll try the cap one prequal from time to time and see if I get any. I'm not rushing in getting cards really as I don't know how I will handle credit this time around. Not that I don't trust myself, I just have a better plan in two years, which is to buy a condo or a house. All I really need is maybe three credit cards. I don't wanna rack up debt again in the future.

We also burned Barclays, Capital One and Synchrony. All 3 have allowed us back in by 1 yr post discharge. We had a card with Chase that they acquired from another bank and closed well before we had problems. It is closed as a good line and paid. Haven't tried to get in with them since I know they are not very friendly to BK. We also included AmEx. Not even going to try, lol. I know that will probably never happen again.

I burned them for a car loan and maybe $3000 ish in cc DC in june of this year. They still tell me no. I'm told its a 12 month wait. It doesn't matter in my case, I have better cards now than they gave me then. I just want it as a milestone that Ive put that period behind me at this point.

Call them and ask them.  They will give you the date you will be removed from black list.

I just struck gold with Cap1. Burned them for $1100-ish in Ch 13 BK, discharged 2 days ago. I did the prequal today, it told me the congrats thing, I applied for the Platinum, got a $3000 CL, quickly applied for QS1, and got another $3000 CL.
I'm shocked.
