Be patient. When they let you back in your SL may be higher. I got discharged 09/29/2015 and I app'd and was approved on 10/04/2015. Some days I wished I waited like a month or two but I had found this bored towards the end of my BK and got a little anxious.
They will let you back in.
Was told by there exec offices there system will auto decline for the first year after BK unless you have a preapproved offer. Many times depending on how bad you burned them they will send you a preapproval 30 days after you apply and are declined.

YMMV - I went from 0 to 50k in 2 years after BK. I burned them for 3k.
Once you get a new card - use it and pay it and use it and pay it.
If you are loyal to them, they will reward you as your credit and income get better.

Absolutely YMMV here. I applied the day after I was discharged, no pre-approval and was approved instantly.
Not in my case.
