Ch 13 to Ch 7 conversion: How is it reported on your credit report?

For those of you who have converted from ch 13 to ch 7, do the CRAs report two public records? Is there re-filing involved?  Or is the original ch 13 public record updated to reflect 'converted to ch 7'?

Two CRAs report a 13 and one reports a 7, and all of them just report one public record
