Ch 7 Reaffirmed Debt Question

I reaffirmed my Honda auto loan in my BK and it was paid in full, never late during course of entire loan. It still reports as "Included In Bankruptcy". Honda refuses to change it. The bureaus contact Honda and they confirm it is being reported correctly. Is this in fact correct reporting? To me, paid on time and in full is PAID AS AGREED... Any thoughts are appreciated!

Re: Ch 7 Reaffirmed Debt Question

Many people sign reaffirmation agreements thinking that that means the account will report their on time payments.  Sometimes a lender will report and sometimes they won't.  Looks like Honda has taken the second choice.  It is correct unfortunately.

If it wasn't included in bk, then it shouldn't report as such.

but it was included, just "reaffirmed" which means the op took full responsiblity for the debt.  But they have the right to not report the on time payments.
