Change in Account Status

I  filed for Ch7 in Dec 08 with discharge date scheduled for March 7th.  All creditors except one have noted "included in bankruptcy"  and change current balance due to "$0".  The lone creditor who refuses to do as the others have recently made the following change on my credit report under Account Status..."At least 120 days or more than for pmts past due; charged to bad debt; placed for collection; skip.  Past Due amount changed from $2,495 to $13,036".

The $13k amt is the full amount of the unsecured loan.

Any ideas on how to handle?  I'm concerned of a judgement or something else I may not be a aware of.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Change in Account Status

If it was included in BK send them a copy of your discharge paperwork. Or go dispute it though the your credit online or though mail. Just say " included in BK" they should be able to update your account to included in BK amount owed "$0"
