Hello,
I had a Chapter 11 Dismissal after an extended period of time of trying to get Creditors to agree to Plan. Bottom line, Mortgage Company, Chase, would not agree to refinance since they hold ARM with increase every 6 months. Judge could not "cram" plan so he dismissed it.
My question, all my credit cards were paid up prior to filing Chapter 11. How do I handle paying these Credit Cards? Does paying them help my score?
