Chapter 13 and Auto title

We are at the end of our chapter 13.  We paid off both cars at the beginning of this year.  Wells Fargo sent out the title as soon as they received the last payment.  Santander will not send out the title even though we owe them nothing.  Do we have any recourse?  I need the title so we can sell it.

If your attorney can't help. Have your tried filing a complaint with their executive office? Also file withe the BBB. Not sure if its the first thing you can do, but I'm sure someone will act when you file the complaint. Good luck!

unfortunatley our attorney is a bit of a joke.  He told me that he would send a letter if we still dont have it 30 days past discharge.
