Chapter 13 getting close to the end ??

I checked pacer today and saw a filing to initiate discharge. Can anyone help me with what comes next? I'm starting to get really excited. It's been a long 5 years.

I cant remember exactly what the timeline on mine was, but maybe check ndc.org   That was my go to site because it had a LOT more information than Pacer.  I only did Pacer once I had received the documents that were sent out initiating the discharge.  If I remember correctly it was approximately 6-8 weeks and I was discharged.  Its almost been a YEAR since then!!!  Hang in there, you are getting close!

Oh and maybe call either your atty or your trustee office.  You should be getting paperwork soon.

Got my paperwork in the mail today.  I'll be sending it back in tomorrow. I think creditors have 60 days to object before the official discharge will come.  More waiting.
