Chapter 7 bankruptcy

Hello I'm looking for advice from experience persons who have filed chapter7.I'm in chapter7 bankruptcy , look for information when should I start applying for credit. I did try a couple of bank's Capital one and Macy's. I looking to build my credit history. Help please!
