Chapter 7 finally discharged this week, credit score dropped 60 points

I couldn't wait for my Chapter 7 to discharge so I could start rebuilding my credit. About a month ago or so, my EX was 660, now it's 600.

I apped for Capital one and was denied (I burned them in bankruptcy). I have student loans in good standing. I'm hesitant to app for CreditOne, but I guess I have no choice. I have checked my credit reports and everything looks good. Everything is showing zero balance and IIB.
