My bk was discharged last year. I have pulled my cr and am swimming in a mess.
1. Each creditor has a different date listing IIB
2. At least 4 are still reporting balances.
3. 3 are showing late payments AFTER the month I filed.
So, I've disputed them all with Ex. Working on Eq, then TU. I filed in Jan.03...one creditor lists IIB as 7/31/06. I was discharged in APRIL!! At least my BK info is correct, but shouldn't these creditors have my file date listed as the date included?
