If you don't have debt over 10L minimum (don't count your car) then you really should not file bankruptcy. Look into a food pantry or something like that for groceries, eat A lot of Ramen noodles, and try car pooling or walking to work. If you can get through to your tax refund, you should be fine. Just pay your rent first and foremost. Lower that thermostat to 65 and use blankets. Anything you can do to lower costs. BK sucks, I know from experience. I know lots of people with way more baddies on their credit who have way better scores me, and it haunts you for 10 years.
