Hello my Bk was discharged 7/2012. I just realized that I have too many cc and want to close some. I got my credit one cc 8/2012 with 450 credit limit. I want to cancel this cc. It's paid in full. Is it too early to close?

IMO, you don't have too many, but if you want to close it due to the fees, then by all means. Just make sure your other balances are paid off lest you see a FICO drop due to increased overall util on the rest of your CCs.
