Credit report mistake raising score?

Chapter 7 was discharged 2 weeks ago.  Last night I pulled my credit reports to check for errors.  Everything looked good as far as accounts listed as IIb with 0 balances.  One problem, however, was a few accounts on my report were actually my Dad's.  My name is Frank and his is Frankilin.  Equifax had my name listed as Franklin.  The middle and last names were correct.  They also had my Dad's electric bill listed as mine with a perfect payment history.  He has excellent credit so it is not hurting me.  Should I bother disputing it or consider it a gift?  My FICO score was listed at 638 by Equifax.
