I'm going through the same exact thing with Equifax and they are the only report showing it as well. Under "Collections" accounts. In the comments of this debt it shows "Medical / Ch 7 Discharge" but status still shows "Open". I submitted a dispute January 20th. I get a couple of "Still under review" emails a week with expected completion date of February 19th. I was under the understanding that if the entity reporting the debt does not respond within those 30 days, it's supposed to be removed. We'll see.
