If you are not in a hurry, I would recommend you wait about 6 months to allow your existing accounts to age a little. When I applied for discover I had to recon and I do remember the lady I spoke with being impressed with how I had handled my existing credit with Capital one. If I recollect My capital one was about a year old.

Thank you. I'm going to wait I'm going to stick
With what I have and treat them well and maybe try to apply down the road I don't need it right now or any other card really thanks for the advice.
I think you are going about it the best way, try to only apply for credit one needs and space out the applications so one does not look desperate to the creditors. I wish you all the best on your journey and keep up posted
Congratulations!!!! Unfortunately, I burned Discover with an approximate $8k balance. Any signs of the discharged Discover debt on my CR's will be gone once the judgement on my Transunion falls off in a couple months. At that time my new mortgage will be reporting and I MAY try my luck by applying. I haven't applied for a credit card in over approximately a year and a half when I was approved for the Barclay Rewards MC.
I am about 5 months post BK and want the Discover IT card in a bad way. I have two cap one cards.... QS1 - $6k, Plat $3k. Any advice?
Is the citi double cash a secured card? I read in other forums where they won't give anyone with a bankruptcy credit for 10 years?
